APSH: BRAID-REINFORCED SILICONE HOSE
Platinum-Cured; Polyester Braid

Low volatile grade, platinum-cured silicone hose produced in a clean room for critical pharmaceutical, biomedical, cosmetic, and food applications. Polyester yarn braiding inside the wall enhances the pressure capabilities. APSH has undergone extensive physical, chemical, and biological testing and meets USP Class VI, FDA CFR 177.2600, ISO 10993, European Pharmacopoeia 3.1.9, and 3A standards.

APSH Braid-Reinforced Silicone Hose is not intended for implantation and is not to be used for continuous steam applications.

SILICONE HOSE OPTIONS

Anti-Wick Seal - Involves molding silicone material to the cut end of a length of silicone hose to seal in the polyester yarn braid and prevent liquid absorption (wicking). Call for more information.

Color Tracer Braid – Braid material available in several colors for use along an entire length of reinforced silicone hose.

Sold by standard coil length only. Add length suffix to part number when ordering — see the Coil Length Legend at right for length suffix codes. Example: 50 ft. of .250 in. I.D. polyester braid hose is part number APSH-P-0250L. Coils are supplied in heat-sealed polybags and bulk packed. Contact your AdvantaPure Sales Representative for other packaging options.

*For every 100°F of temperature over 70°F (up to 400°F), reduce the burst pressure by 10%.
