Southampton, PA — Immediately available from AdvantaPure is new APST Unreinforced Silicone Tubing. APST is a translucent, platinum-cured tubing, offering the highest degree of purity for critical service. The tubing is manufactured in our HEPA-filtered, Class 1000 clean room for biomedical, pharmaceutical, and other clean applications.

To meet the demanding criteria of these industries, APST Silicone Tubing has undergone extensive physical, chemical, and biological testing The tubing is manufactured from low volatile grade silicone and meets USP Class VI, FDA CFR 177.2600, ISO 10993, and 3A standards.

APST Silicone Tubing is extremely flexible and is autoclavable. It resists compression set, chemical attack, radiation, ozone, moisture, environmental exposure, and temperature extremes (general range: -100°F to 400°F [-73.3°C to 204.4°C]). The tubing imparts no taste or odor to critical streams.

APST Silicone Tubing is available in nearly 90 sizes, ranging from .030” to 1.000” I.D., and every size is offered in 25, 50, or 100 foot lengths. Each length is sealed in polybags at manufacture for cleanliness; labeled with its description, dimensions, and traceable lot number; then transferred to a segregated, low-particulate-level warehouse for storage. Every coil of APST Silicone Tubing is supplied in its own easy-to-store box, also labeled with identifying information. Bulk-supplied tubing is available on a custom basis, as are special sizes, coil lengths, and other custom packaging.
