CLEAN ROOM MANUFACTURING FACILITY UPGRADED TO CLASS 1,000
New Certification Improves Products’ Degree of Purity

Southampton, PA — AdvantaPure™, NewAge® Industries’ new division, has upgraded its production facility to the Class 1,000 level. The HEPA-filtered clean room, certified by an outside source, is used to manufacture silicone tubing and hose for critical pharmaceutical, biomedical, cosmetic, food, and other clean applications.

The clean room upgrade was completed to fit with our goal of manufacturing high-quality products with extreme attention paid to an immaculate environment. “The upgrade,” says CEO Ken Baker, “is part of our total commitment to providing exceptional products and service. Key emphasis is placed on cleanliness, validations, and reliable delivery of products.” Baker also notes that “a fresh, friendly approach to customer service” is an important part of AdvantaPure’s mission.

Tubing and hose is produced under strict Good Manufacturing Procedures with special consideration for ventilation, appropriate clothing and coverings, and inspections. Team members are trained on the importance of quality and exhibit a genuine concern for the products they manufacture.

Because we understand how important purity is in the production processes, and in the products’ eventual use in critical applications, we further ensure that products are free of contaminants by sealing finished tubing and hose in clear polybags following manufacture. Each bag is labeled with a lot-traceable number and identification, then stored in a segregated, low-particulate-level white room.
